Drupal test Step-by-Step

Thought you might as well come along with me as I do my Drupal test site install. If I’m learning so can you.

Got it all running, my database, and 1st user, I did change my initial password as my local stie can’t send email.

Clicked on Administer, and I have a problem.

Clicked on status report.

Showing I need to run a Cron job. Click on run cron manually.

Clicking on Administer

The 1st thing I want to decide is what Theme I’m using, so I’m Clicking on Themes

There really isn’t anything here, so I’m off to drupal.org to take a look for something I’d like to play with. I want something simple that I can add my own touches to. I want it to be valid css and xhtml I’m trying to remember what it was I was using LOL cuz I did like it. I’m thinking I ended up using Garland which is the default Theme, but it’s not because the logo I had wouldn’t work with that so I’ll keep looking. The place to look is at the Theme Garden

My Drupal Impact isn’t bad, but when I checked it out it has support requests going back 23 weeks

Pleroma seems ok, however again not much support.

Found what I was using Blue Breeze, but it doesn’t look like it’s being maintained. Well it looks like I’m going to have to pack this in. Not finding what I want. Tomorrow is another day.
